Mr. Nemethy is the CEO of Euro-Phoenix Financial Advisors Ltd., a company focused on (a) assisting owners of companies plan and execute full or partial exits, whether raising fresh equity, finding strategic or financial partners, selling minority or majority in their companies; and (b) facilitating trans-border transactions within Central Europe. He has led or been involved in over 200 successful transactions, and has worked in 40 countries.

Mr. Nemethy is the author of "Business Exit Planning" published by John Wiley & Sons, available on Amazon, and "Uwolnij wartość swojej firmy" published by Wolters Kluwer Polska.

Mr. Nemethy holds a B.A. in Economics, a Bachelors in Law, a Masters in Business Administration, and a Masters in International Relations, from leading Canadian universities.
