New Junak motorcycle to be launched next year at Poznan Motor Fair

Warsaw-based motorcycle producer Junak Motor is planning to spend zl.6 million on preparations for the production of a new Junak motorcycle model in Poland. The prototype will be shown at the 2002 Poznan motor fair. Junak Motor president Dariusz Rudnicki promises that the new Junak will have a completely new design. Since September 20, the company has been selling its Junak Millennium motorcycles in 10 car showrooms across Poland. Last year Junak Motor regained the rights to the Junak brand, as well as part of the technical documentation, from the Polmo company of Szczecin. (Rzeczpospolita, Sept. 22-23, p. B3) A.Z.
