Property developer HB Reavis has obtained €61.55 million worth of financing for its first project in Warsaw, the Konstruktorska Business Center, the company said in a press release on Thursday.
The financing was obtained in the form of a loan from Bank Pekao, part of the UniCredit group, which will be the only lender involved in the project.
Konstruktorska Business Center is a class-A office building, located in the Mokotów business district. The seven-story scheme has a GLA of 48,000. It has already secured tenants include Procter & Gamble, Grupa Żywiec, Otis, Carrier, Comperia.pl and IMS Health.
