Polish IT company Livechat Software has submitted its IPO prospectus to Financial Supervision Authority. The firm develops live chat software which allows for companies to communicate live with their clients on websites.
Currently the company has 6,800 clients in 83 countries. Livechat products are used by some of the biggest worldwide companies, including Orange, Bosh, Adobe and Kaspersky Lab.
In 2012, the company had PLN 5.1 million profit, compared to PLN 1.8 million the year before.
