Brainly, a Polish web portal dedicated to in-group social learning and homework help will enter the Indian market, the company announced.

“We believe that people can perform better when they are working together. Therefore, we are more than happy to know that those young people want to contribute and help us make their learning environment better,” said company’s CEO Micha³ Borkowski.

The website, created in 2009 under the name has since expanded greatly and is now available in over 30 countries in Europe, North and South Americas. The network has over 22 million unique users per month.

Besides Indian market, the company is also planning to enter several Asian and African markets, as well as Australian one. Overall the portal plans to launch 13 new, local versions in the near future.
