Shares in recycling firm Elemental Holding will debut on the main market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange on Wednesday, the company said in a statement. Its initial public offering amounted to zł.61.25 million.

Elemental Holding offered 4.9 million shares to individual investors and 19.6 million shares to institutional investors. The company has so far been listed on the WSE’s NewConnect market.

The capital group comprises three sector companies: Syntom, Tesla Recycling and Terra Recycling.

Elemental Holding plans to spend the proceeds from the share issue on repaying debt and investment in sector companies, as well as in assets. It will be the 22nd IPO this year on the WSE’s main market.
