Former Justice Minister and Civic Platform politician Jarosław Gowin, former Law and Justice member Przemysław Wipler and politicians from Poland Comes First together have founded a new  party. Its name is Polska Razem (Poland Together).

The decision to establish a new political entity was made at a convention attended by the supporters of Mr Gowin, Mr Wipler and Poland Comes First, headed by Paweł Kowal. Mr Kowal's party will in turn be dissolved.

Mr Gowin left the ruling Civic Platform earlier this year after having lost the party's leadership election to Prime Minister Donald Tusk. He received 20 percent of votes in the internal election.

“Politics created without considering people [it affects] is bad politics. We are here to change this politics,” Mr Gowin said at the convention.
