Polish courier firm Siódemka has plans to list shares on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, sources familiar with the matter told Reuters. The company itself declined to comment.
Siódemka is a portfolio company belonging to private equity fund Abris Capital Partners. In 2012 it had a net profit of zł.15.5 million with revenue at zł.305 million. During the first six months of this year, the company registered zł.7.7 million in net profit with revenues of zł.158 million.
The company's bonds have been traded on the WSE bond market, Catalyst, since December 2011.
If the company does carry out an IPO it will join a number of other firms, which have recently announced such plans.
