Minister of Transport Sławomir Nowak said that he would soon present a draft infrastructure investment program for 2014-2020. The document will undergo public consultation, he said.

Mr Nowak also announced the government's road construction priorities. He said that the express road network should be completed and that an important goal was to fight excessive traffic congestion.

He added that roads around Warsaw were one of the priorities, as is the completion of the A1 motorway to the south and new segments of the S3, S5 and S7 express roads.
