The Tesco and Biedronka retail networks are the top two shopping venues in Poland, according to a recent report by Kondrej Marketing. Auchan holds third place in the ranking after overtaking Lidl, which came in fourth this year.
Kondrej analysts said that even though Biedronka is still one of the biggest retailers, it may lose its position as its prices become less competitive. Kondrej compiles its ranking based on the valuation of retail networks according to 15 marketing criteria.
