ZA Tarnów to be sole owner ZA Puławy
Fertilizer producer ZA Tarnów announced an offer to buy the remaining 16.3 percent of shares in its peer ZA Puławy at zł.132.6 apiece. Subscriptions in the tender will take place on March 7 – April 8, 2013. If the deal is fully successful, ZA Tarnów will hold a 100 percent stake in ZA Puławy.
The tender is the final stage of a consolidation process started in July 2012. The companies are to merge creating one of the largest fertilizer producers in Europe. The merger has already been approved by the European Commission.
