Boryszew to expand to North America
Polish industrial group Boryszew is looking for acquisition targets in North America, the company's CEO Piotr Szeliga said. He explained that the North American automotive market is growing and Boryszew would like to take advantage of that.
Mr Szeliga said that Boryszew's automotive arm has already secured contracts that guarantee annual revenues of €500 million. He also said that Boryszew is about to start due diligence in view of the potential takeover of an aluminum plant in Montenegro.
In Q4 of last year, the company closed its plant in Italy, which was bringing zł.1 million in losses each month.
