Manta Multimedia plans IPO by the end of 2013

Polish electronic appliances distributor Manta Multimedia is planning to debut on the Warsaw Stock Exchange at the end of 2013. The company wants to raise about zł.20-30 million in a new share issue. The IPO proceeds will be spent on expansion and the development of new products. Manta is one of the leaders in tablet sales in the Polish market. And produces other cheap, low-end electronic devices, like GPS and set-top boxes providing access to terrestrial digital television.

In 2011, the company posted zł.53.5 million in revenues and zł.5 million in net profit. Last year its turnover was over zł.100 million and its net profit was over zł.5 million.
