Inflation up in Q4, 2012
Inflation amounted to 3.7 percent in the fourth quarter of 2012, according to data from Poland's Central Statistical Office (GUS). This is 0.8 percent higher than in the corresponding period of 2011.
GUS also compared inflation levels in different regions of the country – the highest price index growth was observed in the Warmińsko-Mazurskie and Podkarpackie voivodships (4.1 percent) and the lowest in Silesia (3.3 percent).
