Asseco acquires IT firm
Asseco Poland, a major Polish IT solutions provider present on international markets, has agreed to acquire IT firm ZETO Bydgoszcz for z³.87.72 million. Asseco will buy 100 percent of ZETO's stock from 98 shareholders.
ZETO Bydgoszcz is an IT services provider for public administration (including local divisions of the Social Insurance Institution) and industrial companies. In 2012, Asseco acquired ZETO £ód¼, ZETO Bia³ystok and ZETO Poznań, companies offering the same type of services as ZETO Bydgoszcz
