PHN IPO valued at zł.287-423 million
According to four brokerage houses' valuations, Polski Holding Nieruchomości (PHN) is worth zł.1.15-1.7 billion. This means that the value of the 25 percent stake to be sold by the State Treasury in the company's IPO is zł.287-423 million. According to information obtained by Parkiet, all brokers involved in the offer have similar valuations.
PHN's IPO is to be the first stage of its privatization, to be followed by the sale of a majority stake to a strategic investor.
