Poland has received €35 billion in EU funds
Of the €68 billion assigned to Poland under the EU budget for 2007-2013 the country has already received €35 billion, the ministry of regional development said on Thursday. The amount consists of down payments and refunds and makes Poland an EU leader in this respect, before Spain and Germany which received €17.9 billion and €13.8 billion, respectively.
Some 84 percent of the €68 billion assigned to Poland for 2007-2013 has already been committed to various projects under 80,004 agreements providing for a total of zł.234 billion in EU subsidies.
