ZE PAK at zł.26 per share?
Shares in Poland's fifth-largest utility, ZE PAK, were valued by the state at zł.26.2 on Monday, near the lower end of the range, Reuters reported, citing unnamed sources.
The Polish state is selling a 50 percent stake in the company.
If the price stays at zł.26.2, the Treasury will gain some zł.676 million from the privatization of ZE PAK, Parkiet wrote.
The successful sale of the 50 percent stake at the state's valuation in the issue prospectus would net the Treasury some zł.858 million.
