Warsaw office space in demand
Real estate brokers in the Warsaw office space rental market were kept quite busy during the third quarter of this year. A total of 157,600 square meters of office space was leased out during that period, a whopping 32 percent more than during Q3 2011, according to calculations made by the Warsaw Research Forum.
All in all, brokers signed contracts for 455,300 meters of office space this year (compared to 440,000 for the same period in 2011.) Around 56,100 square meters of new facilities were added to the Warsaw market in 2012, bringing the total available office space in the capital to 3.75 million square meters.
