UK PM to veto EU budget?

UK Prime Minister David Cameron has said that he would “veto” the 2014-2020 EU budget if “massive increases” were proposed or if a deal that “does not have proper control” was presented. “[European leaders] know I’m capable of saying no and if I don’t get a good deal I’ll say no again,” he told the BBC. Poland has been the biggest beneficiary of EU funds in recent years.
