Government approves deregulation bill
Poland's Council of Ministers has approved a draft bill to deregulate certain professions, wyborcza.biz reported. The bill applies to 20 existing laws and entails limiting or eliminating current requirements (certificates, licenses) to practice certain professions.
Lawyers, notaries, detectives and taxi drivers are among those professions to which access would be broadened.
The first phase of the project foresees the complete or partial deregulation of 50 professions.
