Polish trading company Emperia will put 95 properties on sale shortly, with the first sales offers expected in the coming weeks. The book value of these properties stands at more than zł.350 million. “I think that their market value is close to this amount, so their sale should not have a significant impact on the company’s net results, only its cash situation,” Parkiet reported Artur Kawa, Emperia’s president, as saying.
