Male cosmetics industry anticipates significant growth
Male-oriented products are the fastest-growing segment of the cosmetics industry in Poland, according to data from Euromonitor International. In 2011, the value of the male cosmetics market grew by 6.5 percent, reaching zł.1.4 billion.
In the upcoming years, it will remain the fastest-grower in the cosmetics market with its value expected to reach zł.1.6 billion by 2016.
“It's the most dynamic segment and we see it in our sales results,” said Henryk Orfinger, president and owner of Dr Irena Eris, a Polish cosmetics producer. Other Polish cosmetics firms are also boasting double digit growth.
