Regulator approves Grupa Onet sale
TVN agreed to sell 76 percent in the portal for zł.968.8 mln. Ringier Axel Springer is the buyer

Poland's Office of Competition and Consumer Protection gave its approval for the sale of a controlling stake in Grupa Onet by TVN to Ringier Axel Springer Media, a Swiss-German media company.
Ringier Axel Springer, publisher of Fakt and Newsweek Polska, is prepared to purchase a 76 percent stake in the online portal for cash.
Ringier agreed to pay zł.968.8 million for 76 percent of Onet.
