Developers lowering prices
It appears that prices of residential real estate are visibly going down, according to a report by Domiporta.pl and Open Finance. Price cuts are especially visible in new real estate.
Currently, developers are offering discounts of 6 to 8 percent off the list price on a new apartment in the most popular 2 and 3-room segments. Back in June, the negotiation rate was 4 to 6 percent.
Prices on the used home market aren't changing as dramatically, although closing prices are generally 10-15 percent lower than what owners initially asked for.
