The total value of savings gathered by Polish households by the end of June 2012 amounted to approximately zł.1 trillion, according to a new report by the Analizy Online web portal. Savings increased by zł.10.1 billion in the second quarter, about 1 percent more than at the end of March.

This means that Poles' savings are currently higher than at any other time in Poland's history, reported Parkiet.
