Euro 2012 boosts TV sales
According to Euromonitor International, television sales in Poland increased by 18% year-on-year in April. Experts say this is the result of Poles preparing to watch the Euro 2012 soccer championships, which Poland is currently co-hosting. Similar and possibly even better results are expected for May, when fans were thought to have raced to prepare to watch the tournament.
