Polish firms to get gov't support for FDI in developing markets
Despite the economic slowdown, Polish businesses are continuing to invest abroad. According to PricewaterhouseCoopers, the value of direct foreign investments made by Polish companies exceeded $7 billion last year.
Now, Polish firms that are trying to enter developing markets will get government backing, in the form of promotional activity and diplomatic support, Parkiet reported.
The government wants to focus in particular on Polish investments in countries in South America and Asia.
