DHL leases from Prologis
DHL Exel Supply Chain has leased 33,800 sqm at developer Prologis’s Prologis Park D±browa distribution center in D±browa Górnicza, Silesia voivodship. The transaction was facilitated by CBRE.
“The new lease agreement with DHL reflects our high-quality industrial offering and ability to fulfill the requirements of the largest players in the global market,” Michał Czarnecki, vice president for leasing and development in Poland at Prologis, said in a statement.
