Komorowski in Afghanistan
Cooperation between Poland and Afghanistan will continue after Poland withdraws its troops, Polish President Bronisław Komorowski said last week in Kabul. Mr Komorowski met with his Afghan counterpart Hamid Karzai in Afghanistan’s capital during an official state visit. Polish soldiers have been stationed in Afghanistan since March 2002 as part of the NATO-ISAF force.
