Asseco Poland eyes Nasdaq, again
Software company Asseco Poland is again meeting with shareholders to sound out their opinions about debuting on the Nasdaq stock exchange, reported Parkiet.
There are no details at this point, but the company is expected to make an announcement at a press conference later on Wednesday.
Analysts expect the entry into a North American stock market would necessitate a new share issue worth as much as $200 million (zł.628 million).
