Apsys-managed malls with BREEAM
Three existing Polish shopping center projects – Dom Mody Drukarnia in Bydgoszcz, Centrum Handlowe Krokus in Kraków and Pasa¿ £ódzki in £ód¼ – last month obtained BREEAM In-Use certificates. The malls are owned by special purpose vehicles belonging to IVG Development, GE Capital Real Estate and Pradera Europe, respectively, and are all managed by Apsys Polska.
