Mokotów Nova phase II opens
Developer Ghelamco Poland has finished construction on the second of two phases of its Mokotów Nova office project in Warsaw, delivering an additional 15,000 sqm of space to the capital’s Mokotów district. The complex is located on Warsaw’s ul. Wołoska and is, with its total of 40,000 sqm of class-A office space, one of the largest office developments in that part of the city. The investment is expected to be BREEAM-certified by the end of Q1 2012.
