Foreign investments could create 11,400 automotive jobs in Poland
In 2012, the automotive sector is expected to be the industry in Poland which receives the largest amount of foreign investment, according to the Polish Information and Foreign Investment Agency (PAIiIZ).
In mid-January, PAIiIZ was processing 29 automotive investments worth a total of more than €1.9 billion, and if all are successful this could create as many as 11,400 jobs, reported Rzeczpospolita.
The business process outsourcing sector will see the second-highest value of investments, with 28 foreign investment projects set to create a possible 6,400 new jobs.
