Kraków to launch 12 PPP tenders, valued at zł.700 million
Kraków is preparing 12 public-private partnership (PPP) project tenders whose value amounts to just over zł.700 million.
Referring to the planning, building and management of multi-family residential buildings worth zł.92 million, Przemysław Chwała from the city's authorities told Puls Biznesu: “We're hoping that we will sign our first contracts by the end of the year.”
City spokesperson Joanna Dubiel said, "We will probably announce the tender in mid-February."
Other projects that have reached advanced stages include three parking lots of over 1,200 spaces, valued at zł.84 million, as well as a center that provides investor services, valued at zł.227 million.
