Franco-Polish vodka producer Belvedere, which makes close to 61 percent of its total revenues in the Polish market, improved its sales in Poland by 11.6 percent year-on-year in the first three quarters of 2011.
At the end of September, the company's share of the Polish vodka market amounted to 22.1 percent, an increase of 3.4 percentage points from a year ago, reported Parkiet.
The company said that its position in Poland has strengthened largely because of the Krupnik brand, which it has been selling for a year and a half .
Krupnik’s share in the Polish vodka market amounts to 13.4 percent, placing it in second place behind Czysta de Luxe, which is produced by Stock Polska.
Belvedere's total revenues for the first three quarters amounted to €649.4 million, a 7.3 percent increase from the same period of last year.
