Bank Pocztowy submits issue prospectus
Poland's Bank Pocztowy, a unit of bank PKO BP and national postal carrier Poczta Polska, is moving forward with its plan to debut on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
The company filed its prospectus on Wednesday to the Financial Supervision Authority, reports Rzeczpospolita. The bank had earlier announced it was looking to hold its IPO in the second half of 2011, and hoped to make zł.250-350 million from the accompanying share issue.
Advisers to the bank include Dom Maklerski BZ WBK and Bank Zachodni WBK. The legal adviser is Allen & Overy.
