Investigation reveals nepotism in local governments
Three in four local governments are recruiting unfairly and incorrectly, Poland's Supreme Audit Office (NIK) revealed.
According to NIK, most local governments intentionally manipulating recruitment procedures, competitions and their results, in order to maintain practices of nepotism.
The NIK said its investigation revealed irregularities in the personnel selection processes in 34 of the 45 offices it audited.
