C&W managing Kliwer
The asset management department of Cushman & Wakefield is now managing the Kliwer office building in Warsaw’s Mokotów district. Developed by Eco Classic in 2004 and currently owned by a Spanish investment fund, the 12-storey property houses 12 tenants leasing a total of 6,100 sqm of space. Cushman & Wakefield currently manages a total of over 500,000 sqm of office space in Poland.
