Colliers for Lipiński Passage
Colliers International has won a Union Investment Real Estate tender for the management of the Lipiński Passage office complex in Warsaw.
The complex will be delivered by the end of the year on the corner of Al. Jerozolimskie and ul. Emilii Plater in Warsaw’s city center. It will comprise 2,400 sqm of retail space on the first two floors and 3,500 sqm of class-A office suites on higher levels.
