City Apartments phase two

Developer Robyg has started pre-sales of apartments in the second phase of its City Apartments investment in Warsaw. Located in the city’s Żoliborz district, the project will deliver almost 230 housing and service units. The apartments will be sized from 40-120 sqm with prices starting at zł.7,750 per sqm. Construction is expected to launch in the third or fourth quarter and finish in mid-2012. The first phase of the investment was completed this spring. Robyg plans to build a total of seven phases at the complex.
