Ronson Development has launched construction and pre-sales of the first phase of its Naturalis residential project in Łomianki Dolne, near Warsaw. By the turn of 2011-2012, the company will have delivered a three-storey building comprising 52 units whose currently discounted prices start at zł.6,100 per sqm. The whole Naturalis scheme is expected to comprise 11 buildings offering a total of approximately 500 apartments sized from 32-79 sqm, with the bulk being two-room apartments sized around 50 sqm.
