DP Poland Plc, Dominos’ Polish master franchisee, plans to list on AIM, London’s junior market, and create 27 new stores in Warsaw in the year 2012.

In February, Domino’s chief executive said he believed that DP Poland Plc could grow with the Polish economy and double its number of stores in the 10 biggest foreign markets.

According to Marek Belka, the president of the National Bank of Poland, the country's economy is forecast to grow around three percent in 2010 and over 3.5 percent in 2011.

DP Poland’s management team includes Richard Worthington, the founder of coffee bar operator Coffeeheaven International and marketing director Peter Shaw. Both have an 18 percent stake in the company.

DP Poland has said that it could sub-franchise later in its development plans.

AIM has not publicly announced how much money would be gathered through initial public offering nor the company’s market capitalization after the IPO.
