Poland's Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) has ruled Franco-Dutch commercial property investor Unibail-Rodamco, Europe's largest owner of shopping centers, is allowed to take over two more shopping centers in Warsaw.

UOKiK says the transaction has the green light, but only if Unibail is willing to relinquish control of Złote Tarasy, another massive shopping mall in the country's capital.

Unibail is looking to add Warszawa Wileńska and Arkadia to its portfolio, taking over from current owners Simon Property Group and Ivanhoe Cambridge.
