Real estate firms for sale
The Treasury Ministry plans to put two real estate companies – TON Agro and Dipservice – up for sale in Q1 2011.
TON Agro specializes in acquiring properties and preparing them for commercial investment. It also owns a portfolio of land. Dipservice, meanwhile, owns about 135,000 sqm of office and residential space in Warsaw’s prime locations. Its portfolio includes 59 villas and 41 residential buildings, featuring a total of about 800 units. The combined value of the two entities’ portfolios is estimated at zł.500 million.
