Poland yesterday sold four-year bonds valued at CHF 475 million. The bond issue, organized by UBS and Royal Bank of Scotland, was initially expected to amount to CHF 200 million francs.

The annual coupon is 2.125 percent. Already this year, the government has issued 15-year bonds for €3 billion. Up to the end of this year, the country is planning further issues for the same value in global markets, including Germany and Japan.
