Real estate financial advisory Home Broker has surveyed apartment buyers among its clientele about their location preference in particular cities. Mokotów was the most popular district of Warsaw, followed closely by Ursynów.

In Kraków, Nowa Huta was most popular among Home Broker customers. In Wrocław, the Krzyki district topped the ranking, defeating the downtown and Fabryczna districts. In Poznań,
the Old Town retained the top spot.
