Utilis IT, founded by the former employees of IT company Winuel from the Sygnity group, is planning to look for clients in the energy segment – a key base for Sygnity.
The firm was established by a few dozen former employees after the founders of Winuel were dismissed from management board positions. Sygnity sells proprietary solutions to the energy sector and it achieves high margins on these projects.
Due to this, in theory Utilis might win over some clients from Sygnity after it starts its operations on February 1, but for the time being it is recruiting from within the former employer.
This is not the first such dangerous situation for Sygnity, as it has already faced two similar cases in the past and, according to Parkiet, it suffered from the decisions of its former employees to set up their own companies.
