Real estate company Adgar Investments & Development officially opened its Adgar Plaza Conference Centre project in Warsaw last week. The center – which is located within the company’s Adgar Plaza office complex – is situated in the business district of the capital’s Mokotów neighborhood.

The facility comprises a total of 750 sqm of space in four rooms, each of which can accommodate from 60-80 people. For larger events, three of the rooms can be combined to form a larger space accommodating up to 250 people. Depending on the size of the space chosen, rent for up to eight hours costs from zł.1,400-4,400.

Katarzyna Bobowska, manager of the conference center, said that its delivery fills a gap in the Warsaw market, as until recently clients looking for high-quality conference space were generally forced to choose from among four- and five-star hotels, in which it can be difficult to ensure that an event has an exclusive and strictly business atmosphere.

The Adgar Plaza complex comprises two 10-storey buildings offering a total of 27,000 sqm of office space.
