The Finance Ministry currently has less than one month to prepare the final draft version of the 2010 budget bill.

According to representatives of the Ministry the draft bill will be voted on by the Sejm on September 8. "The exact size of next year's budget deficit is not yet known, it should not be larger than this year's," said deputy Finance Minister Elżbieta Suchocka-Roguska.

According to analysts, this target will be hard to achieve, mainly due to limited revenues streams. Moreover, most of the analysts do not believe that privatization revenues could reach zl.25
billion.
